how can MVPs Help?

The MVP Concierge team consists of non-streamers and streamers alike who have signed up to help support the over 90 participating streamers throughout the weeklong raid event.

Here’s an MVP Concierge can help with:

• Help with general campaign questions.

• Direct folks to the team’s Stream Heroes homepage for more information.

• Help the streamer with any general questions about the Stream Heroes global streaming and/or raid schedules.

An MVP Concierge does not/is not:

• Act as your moderator. They are available for general campaign questions.

• Required to stay the entire length of your allotted stream time. MVPs might need to pop in and out to check on multiple live streams.

• Not guaranteed for every stream. We will make our best effort to be available but there are over 90 participating streamers with over 276 live streams scheduled.

Starlight support kids and families at more than 800 children’s hospitals and health care facilities in the US.
