DIY Reversible Medical Scrub Caps with a link to the original tutorial from Kadiddlehopper’s blog post. I’ve included a video that walks through Katie’s tutorial. I’m working on a version with a ponytail holder that will be posted soon! Download the free pattern from this post. UPDATE: Includes updated band pattern with 1/2″ wider band for those that need a little longer cap.

Big shoutout to Katie Kaddidlehopper’s blog for the original pattern and tutorial on this Reversible Scrub Caps! I’ve updated her original pattern in the attached PDFs, including adding an alternate version with a 1/2″ wider band. Below is a quick video with me walking through Katie’s tutorial.

UPDATE as of April 2020: Download an alternate Reversible Scrub Pattern with a 1/2″ wider band for those that need a slightly taller cap.

UPDATE as of 4/21/2020: Revised scrub cap design that includes a button on either side to be able to hook on the elastic straps from masks. Check out the new post on this updated design.
